CARBONE RIVIERA maintains the signature theatrical flair, charisma, and exceptional service that defines the MFG experience, but redirects its lens entirely toward the bounty of the sea. Co-Founder and Chef Mario Carbone has dubbed it a “new chapter for CARBONE—same DNA, completely fresh expression.”
The menu is an opulent nod to the Italian and French coasts, specializing in aquatic delicacies flown in daily from around the world.
