The 2026 Lexus ES rides on an updated TNGA-K–based platform that supports both hybrid and fully electric powertrains. Charging is fast and flexible, with a standard NACS port, access to 76,000+ chargers, ~7-hour Level 2 charging, and DC fast charging from 10–80% in about 28 minutes. Additional features like battery preconditioning, Plug & Charge, and enhanced app-based charging tools improve convenience and efficiency.
